If you ever have the opportunity to visit the desert Southwest, specifically areas near the Arizona/Utah border, take it! What an amazing place! This area is a natural wonder in every way.I just returned from a week of camping near Coytote Buttes - what a breathtaking place. Two of the days we hiked in areas that require permits but only a maximum of 20 permits are issued per day! Amazing to have such solitude in such an amazing place!
