Lake Powell

Petey, Liz, and I spent Memorial Day weekend boating and camping at Lake Powell. We were there last Memorial weekend too but the boat broke down over 40 miles from the marina resulting in a very expensive tow. We had our minds set to 'reclaim' the weekend this year and we did so even more than I expected. Unfortunately I have very few photos because I was terrified to take my camera out with the combination of wind, sand, water, and alcohol consumption. That just seemed like a recipe for losing and/or ruining my camera. Anyway, here are a two . .

This is the view of a red butte adjacent to our campsite.

Okay - So my pic today is outdoors, but I have to admit the model was disagreeable and hard to work with! ; - )

Anyway, self-portrait with 3 light sources and post-processed in Photoshop . . .

Outdoors? Nope - Still Indoors . . .

Not sick of indoor shot/lit crap yet? Don't think you have a complete idea of all the little items in my house yet? Super! You are in luck because here is another 'indoor-shot-lit-crap' pic for you . . .

Too Much Time Indoors!

Okay - so it seems obvious from several of my last posts that the Arizona summer is almost here and I am spending more time indoors; hence you are victim to my experimentation of indoor 'product' lighting. Sick of it yet? Hope not because here is more . . .
